Contract Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to work on a contract basis in Greenland. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This is a great opportunity for someone with carpentry experience who is looking to gain international work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, and hardware
- Construct building frameworks including walls, floors, and doorframes
- Use hand and power tools to shape or cut materials
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations on job sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Carpenter
- Strong knowledge of wood properties and carpentry techniques
- Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, planes, drills
- Ability to read technical documents and blueprints
- Physically fit to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Attention to detail and good time management skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
