We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company based in Odense, Denmark and we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assisting with online sales through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone
- Assisting customers with product selection, order placement, and payment processes
- Troubleshooting any issues or concerns raised by customers
- Collaborating with other team members to improve customer experience on our website and social media platforms
- Providing feedback to management on customer trends and needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (not a strict requirement)
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales (freshers are welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
