IT Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure. This includes ensuring the security, availability, and performance of our systems and networks, as well as implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security of our systems
- Manage network infrastructure, including servers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades when necessary
- Oversee software installations, updates, backups, and licensing
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network management protocols (TCP/IP) and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Certification in project management (PMP) or ITIL
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
