IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its efficient and effective use. This is an urgent job with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, and accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, reliability, and availability of our systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor system performance to identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to our current systems.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of network administration, systems security, databases, and data storage systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred:
- Experience in project management or Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- Biometric passport for international travel.
