Merchandiser Supervisor


As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising team and ensuring that all products are presented in a visually appealing and organized manner. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of merchandisers to ensure efficient and effective execution of merchandising strategies
- Develop and implement merchandising plans to increase sales, optimize product placement, and improve overall customer experience
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of visual presentation in-store
- Conduct regular store visits to review displays, stock levels, and visual presentation standards
- Collaborate with buying teams to ensure appropriate product assortment and availability in-store
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future merchandising strategies
- Communicate regularly with store managers regarding product availability, promotions, and any merchandising updates or changes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of products as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail management
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to create visually appealing displays that reflect the brand image
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions for effective merchandising strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour work week. Occasional weekend and evening work may be required during peak seasons.
