Solar Installer/Technician

We are hiring a skilled Solar Installer/Technician to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to design plans
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement and layout of solar panels
- Connect electrical components and perform wiring as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar systems
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation process
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar installation preferred
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read technical diagrams
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to solar installations
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment up to 50lbs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
