Body Repair Technician



We are currently seeking a skilled Body Repair Technician to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Body Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of vocational training program in auto body repair
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Body Repair Technician
- Knowledge and experience with various auto body repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and instructions
- Familiarity with different types of vehicle models and their structural components
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Good physical condition, as the job may involve standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects

Responsibilities:

- Inspect vehicle damage and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Repair scratches, dents, and other damages using appropriate tools and techniques
- Remove damaged parts and replace them with new ones if necessary
- Straighten bent frames using frame-straightening equipment
- Apply paint to repaired areas using spray guns or brushes, ensuring color match with the rest of the vehicle
- Perform final quality checks to ensure all repairs are completed correctly
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

This is an urgent job opportunity, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately. Candidates without prior experience but have completed a vocational training program in auto body repair will also be considered. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in the auto body repair industry.
