Concierge- Faroe Islands



As a Concierge in the beautiful Faroe Islands, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized assistance to guests staying at our luxurious resort. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, personable, and passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Provide recommendations and reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate transportation services for guests as needed
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and special offers to promote to guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor guest requests through our concierge system and ensure timely follow-up
- Assist with managing guest luggage storage and delivery services
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role (hospitality experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with local attractions, events, and dining options in the Faroe Islands is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have excellent problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or tourism related degree is a plus)

Compensation:
In addition to the competitive salary of $1100 per month, we also offer free accommodation on-site. This is an urgent job opening so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
