Concierge at Luxury Hotel in Faroe Islands

As a Concierge at our luxury hotel in Faroe Islands, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their inquiries, making reservations for activities and dining, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions and events. You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel lobby, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and handling any guest requests or complaints. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for providing top-notch hospitality services. Salary: $1700 per month with accommodation provided.

Location: Faroe Islands (relocation assistance available if needed).

Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of local attractions and events in Faroe Islands is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have a friendly and professional demeanor.
