Concierge Assistant


As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests at our luxury hotel in Faroe-Islands. This is a part-time position that does not require previous experience, making it the perfect opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation and reservations for guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Handle cash transactions for hotel amenities, such as room service or spa treatments

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or tourism-related education is preferred)

We offer competitive pay of 1600$ per month for this part-time position. As an employee of our hotel, you will also have access to employee discounts on hotel amenities. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
