We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Consultant to join our growing team in Faro, Portugal. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information via online chat, email, and social media
- Assisting customers with purchasing decisions and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Managing and updating customer accounts and ensuring accurate information is maintained
- Providing technical support for our online platform and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

Salary:
You will receive a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with accommodation provided by the company. We also offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip tickets.
