Online Consultant



We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Faro. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online platforms such as chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through various online channels
- Providing accurate information about our products and services
- Building rapport with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products
- Assisting customers with navigating our website and online tools
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and company policies to provide the best possible support

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an online environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with online tools and social media platforms
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus

Salary: $1000 per month (part-time)
