Concierge for Luxury Hotel in El-Ain, Nepal


We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel in El-Ain, Nepal. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Nepali language skills preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary of 1800$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Contract:
This is a full-time contract position with the possibility of extension.

Experience:
No prior experience necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a passion for hospitality.
