Seasonal Concierge in El-Ain, Africa

We are seeking a friendly and organized Seasonal Concierge to join our team in El-Ain, Africa. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting with various tasks such as making reservations, recommending local attractions, and arranging transportation. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those looking for a seasonal job without experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Handle guest inquiries and provide recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and events
- Make reservations for guests (e.g. restaurants, tours, transportation)
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby area and ensure all guest amenities are fully stocked
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing reservations system

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1300 per month
