Project Manager - Fonvieille, Monaco



As a Project Manager in our company located in the city of Fonvieille, Monaco, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects from initiation to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet the desired quality standards.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership skills and have a keen eye for detail. You must also have excellent communication and organizational abilities as you will be working closely with various stakeholders including clients, team members, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage project activities
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and ensure that it stays on track
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project completion
- Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to ensure tasks are being completed according to schedule
- Review project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards
- Manage client expectations and maintain positive relationships with them
- Prepare project reports for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards a common goal
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English (French is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
