Commercial Architect

As a commercial architect in Randers, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. Your main role will be to collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create functional and visually appealing designs that meet their requirements and budget. You will also work closely with contractors and engineers to ensure that the construction process runs smoothly.

To excel in this role, you must have a degree in architecture and at least 5 years of experience working as a commercial architect. You should have a strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction materials. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD is essential. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.

As this is a contract job, you must be able to manage your time effectively and work independently. You should have excellent communication skills to present your ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as even small errors can have significant consequences.
