Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist in Os, Norway. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and maintaining network systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science or IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1100$ per month. Students are welcome to apply as we offer flexible working hours. Accommodation is not provided.

As an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, identifying root causes and finding effective solutions
- Setting up new equipment such as computers, printers, and routers
- Maintaining network systems by performing regular updates and backups
- Documenting all technical issues and resolutions for future reference
- Communicating with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Keeping up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:
