Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online platforms such as email, chat, and video conferencing.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Offer professional advice and solutions to clients' questions and concerns.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and assist in closing deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide the most relevant advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using various online communication tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Salary:
