Office Assistant - Bungoma, India
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Bungoma, India. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Schedule appointments and meetings for office staff
- Perform data entry tasks as needed
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Help with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Monitor office expenses and manage petty cash
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Fluent in Hindi with basic knowledge of English preferred
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
1200$ per month
This is a contract job with no accommodation provided. However, visa sponsorship can be arranged for suitable candidates.
