Sales Associate


We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Meet sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store success

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 900$ per month.
