Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in the US. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to project completion. Your role will involve working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet their objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Lead the development of architectural designs for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that designs meet their requirements
- Work closely with contractors to ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with the design plans
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction work and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field
- Proven track record of managing architectural projects from concept development to completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working with clients from various backgrounds

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per week for this contract position. Accommodation can also be provided if needed. We also provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who require it.
