As a Finisher at our manufacturing facility in Bergen, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to products according to specifications. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will ensure that our final products meet high-quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Apply finishes such as paint, stain, or varnish to products
- Sand, buff, and polish surfaces to achieve desired smoothness and appearance
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Make necessary repairs or touch-ups as needed
- Maintain inventory of finishing supplies and equipment
- Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and operating machinery

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a finisher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and application techniques
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent certification

Preferred:
- Experience working with wood or other materials commonly used in furniture manufacturing
- Familiarity with specific finishing techniques for different types of materials
- Certification in finish carpentry or woodworking
