Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Esbjerg. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and other professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural design and construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, construction, and procurement to ensure project integration
- Lead a team of architects, providing direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Review and approve all architectural designs and drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, minimizing costs, and making necessary adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or construction management
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
