Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to define project goals, create project plans, allocate resources, and track progress. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines and resource allocation
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their progress
- Communicate project updates regularly to stakeholders and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project budget and ensure all expenses are within budgetary constraints
- Identify potential risks or roadblocks and develop contingency plans
- Facilitate team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and make decisions
- Review project performance against objectives and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Project Management)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with project management tools/software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Location: This position is based in Bergen but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who have their own visa or work permit for Norway.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
