Entry Level Plasterer


We are a well-established construction company in Alta, seeking an entry level Plasterer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow in the field of plastering. As an entry level Plasterer, you will be responsible for assisting experienced Plasterers with various tasks such as mixing and applying plaster, smoothing and finishing surfaces, and repairing damaged walls or ceilings. No prior experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate. However, a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn are essential. We offer competitive salary of 1700$ per month, accommodation, and visa sponsorship for non-residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced Plasterers with various tasks such as mixing and applying plaster
- Smooth and finish surfaces using tools such as trowels or sanders
- Repair damaged walls or ceilings by patching holes or cracks
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions from experienced Plasterers
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physically fit with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
As an entry level Plasterer, you will work alongside experienced Plasterers on various construction sites in Alta. The job involves standing for long periods of time, bending, lifting heavy materials, and working at heights. You must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
