Hotel Sales Manager


As a Hotel Sales Manager in Karachi, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel. You will be managing a team of sales executives and working closely with other departments to ensure the success of our hotel. This is a senior level position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments (such as marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our hotel
- Prepare sales reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals for the hotel
- Build strong relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales management or related role
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong knowledge of local market trends and competitors in the hospitality industry
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1000 per month along with accommodation. The salary may vary based on qualifications and experience.
