We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at our upscale restaurant in Monte-Carlo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and proven leadership skills. This is an urgent role that requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members
- Train and develop staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met at all times
- Monitor budget and control costs to maximize profitability
- Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with other managers to develop promotional strategies and events
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-end establishment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Customer-oriented mindset with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Salary:
Competitive salary of $1100 per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
