Sales Manager
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bansko. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals. This position is open to all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure their success
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of success in a sales position, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proven ability to lead a team towards achieving targets
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month plus commission based on performance.
