We are currently hiring a proactive and skilled Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Herning, Denmark. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve our company's goals and objectives. Your main duties will include setting team goals, delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, and monitoring team performance.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop your team members. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, along with opportunities for professional development. This is a contract job with no accommodation provided, so candidates must have the ability to relocate to Herning if necessary. A biometric passport is required for this position.
