Commercial Architect

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Eschen, providing architectural services for commercial projects. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating construction documents, and overseeing the construction process to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed construction documents and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Oversee the construction process and address any issues that may arise
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timeline to ensure successful completion
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
