A dynamic and innovative Commercial Architect is needed to join our team in Eschen, working on exciting projects both nationally and internationally. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing their design capabilities. You should be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software, with the ability to create detailed drawings and plans.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs for various commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into practical solutions. Your role will also involve collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure your designs are executed accurately.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be responsible for ensuring all designs meet building codes and regulations. A bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field is required, along with a strong understanding of construction materials and methods.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within our expanding company. This role does not require English proficiency but knowledge of German would be an advantage.
