We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage project timelines, budget and resources
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Prepare project proposals, budgets and reports
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of projects
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
