Job Title: Contract Architectural Designer in Randers

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Randers. In this role, you will be responsible for creating architectural designs and plans for various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and comply with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Analyze building codes, bylaws, zoning regulations, and other requirements to ensure compliance
- Create construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to incorporate structural, mechanical, electrical, and other systems into the design
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent design skills with attention to detail and creativity
- Good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preference will be given to candidates who are willing to relocate to Randers for the duration of the contract. We offer accommodation as well as cover the cost of visa and travel expenses. This position is open to all nationalities.
