We are a reputable barbershop located in Lusail, Qatar and we are seeking skilled and experienced barbers to join our team. As a barber, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our diverse clientele. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be from Pakistan or Africa, with knowledge of African hair textures and Pakistani hairstyles
- Ability to communicate in basic English
- No prior experience required, but must possess excellent barbering skills
- Must be willing to live in accommodation provided by the company
- Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and discuss their desired hairstyle or grooming service
- Provide consultations and recommendations for suitable hairstyles or grooming services based on customer's preferences
- Cut, trim, and shape hair according to customer's instructions using clippers, scissors, razors, and other barber tools
- Shave and trim beards and mustaches upon request
- Perform hair treatments such as coloring, straightening, or perming
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and sanitize tools after each use
- Process payments from customers using cash or card transactions

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Certification in barbering from a recognized institution preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different hairstyles and grooming techniques for African hair textures and Pakistani hairstyles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers of all ages and backgrounds
- Good time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
