Industrial Alpinist

We are in need of an experienced and skilled Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Porto. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at elevated heights using specialized equipment and techniques. This is a contract job with accommodation provided. A valid biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting safety checks and inspections on equipment before use
- Setting up ropes and rigging systems for safe access to work areas
- Performing industrial cleaning, painting, and maintenance tasks at elevated heights
- Operating power tools and other equipment while suspended from ropes or harnesses
- Assisting with the installation of industrial structures and equipment at height
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Alpinist
- Certification in industrial alpinism or rope access techniques
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to industrial alpinism
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions closely
- Biometric passport (valid for at least 6 months) is required due to international projects

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month, with potential for increase based on performance.
