We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and address any issues in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance jobs
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed when completing tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge and skills in various maintenance areas such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with tenants in a friendly and professional manner
- Must have own visa/work permit for Norway (if applicable)
- Must be able to provide own tools for the job
