Industrial Architect in Bergen, Norway
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures and facilities, while ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial facilities
- Design layouts and blueprints for industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Conduct site visits to assess potential locations for new industrial facilities
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to develop cost-effective solutions for construction projects
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed plans and designs
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations pertaining to industrial structures
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines
- Attention to detail with a strong eye for design
Salary: $1200 per month.
