Data Analyst
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources using statistical methods and tools. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from various sources
- Identifying patterns and trends in data using statistical methods and tools
- Presenting findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable insights
- Developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings
- Continuously monitoring data quality and identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or related role
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and tools such as SQL, R or Python
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in large datasets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Alta, Norway (remote work may be considered)
