Office Assistant - Administrative Support Specialist (Siauliai)
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Siauliai. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective office support to ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for employees
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles

Salary: $1400 per month
