Office Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Kolding. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining office supplies, and handling general administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members at all levels. Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules for team members
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, etc.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office on a daily basis
- Communicate effectively with team members at all levels
- Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)

Salary: Starting at 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Kolding (candidates must already have authorization to work in Denmark)

Note: This position does not provide accommodation or visa sponsorship.
