Junior Copywriter


Our creative marketing agency in Porto is seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Copywriter to join our team. As a copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and effective marketing content for a variety of clients across different industries. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for writing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Junior Copywriter will report directly to the Senior Copywriter and work closely with our design and strategy teams. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring copywriters to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and write compelling copy for various marketing materials including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that written content aligns with visual elements
- Research industry trends and target audience to create targeted messaging
- Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Work closely with the strategy team to understand client objectives and develop effective messaging strategies
- Stay updated on industry best practices and techniques to continuously improve writing skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field
- Excellent writing skills with a strong portfolio of previous work (writing samples may be requested)
- Proficiency in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective tone/voice
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
