We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Online Consultant to join our team in Porto. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients through various online channels. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention by offering exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns through online platforms such as chat, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services, addressing any questions or issues that may arise.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and find suitable solutions to resolve them effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate difficult situations calmly.
- Knowledge of online communication tools such as chat software, email platforms, and social media.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
