Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to collect data on land boundaries, topography, and other features
- Use surveying instruments such as GPS receivers, total stations, and drones to accurately measure and map out land areas
- Analyze collected data to determine precise locations of property lines, structures, and natural resources
- Prepare detailed reports and maps for clients with accurate measurements and descriptions of surveyed areas
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results for construction projects
- Keep precise records of all surveys conducted including notes, sketches, computations, and other data
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Excellent knowledge of surveying instruments such as GPS receivers, total stations, and drones
- Proficient in using CAD software for mapping purposes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good physical fitness for conducting field surveys in various terrains and weather conditions
