Senior Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various buildings and structures, ensuring they meet safety standards and client requirements. You will also lead a team of architects and engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Proven experience leading projects from conception to completion
- Excellent knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong technical skills using AutoCAD and other design software
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed building plans, including technical drawings and 3D models
- Ensure designs comply with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and accuracy of work
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Lead design meetings with clients to discuss their needs and vision for the project
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on design concepts and techniques
