Junior Commercial Architect


We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Commercial Architect to join our growing team in the bustling city of Os, Norway. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of commercial architecture.

As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects and project managers on a variety of commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and public facilities. You will be involved in all stages of the design process, from initial concept development to construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Conduct research and gather information to inform design decisions
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other design software
- Assist with preparing presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Participate in site visits and meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Support project managers in managing timelines, budgets, and resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations for commercial projects
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in commercial architecture
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken)
