Machine Operator - Porto, Portugal


We are currently hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our growing team in Porto. The ideal candidate should have experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment and be able to work with precision and attention to detail. Your main responsibility will be to set up, maintain and operate various machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality products. This role requires physical strength, technical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during production. Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to instructions provided by the supervisor
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently while following all safety protocols
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed for smooth production
- Inspect finished products for quality and perform basic maintenance on machines
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production and report any malfunctions or defects
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
- Keep records of materials used, productions rates, and other important data

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with various types of machinery such as grinders, drills, lathes, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Good physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects when required
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Basic computer skills

Salary: $900 per month
