Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of machines to produce high-quality products. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications and production instructions
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate production records
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions
- Basic math skills
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary
