Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Horsens. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products or services based on customer needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to upper management
Requirements:
