Sales Manager - Horsens, Denmark
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals. You will be working closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and maintain relationships with existing customers. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends and competition, creating sales forecasts, and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with existing clients
- Analyze market trends and competition to make informed business decisions
- Create accurate sales forecasts and adjust strategies accordingly
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide guidance for improvement

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel for business purposes
Salary: $1800 per month
