Preservation Architect (Herning, Denmark)


A well-established architectural firm in Herning is seeking a Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Knowledge of local and national preservation regulations and guidelines
- Experience working with historical building materials and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and assessments of historical buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans and proposals for restoration projects
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and quality of work during restoration projects
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on current preservation practices and techniques
